The Conference Center at Converge Miami

Are you looking for a space to hold your next off-site meeting, conference, or event? The Conference Center at Converge Miami could be the perfect fit! Located on the first floor of Converge, the space is available to both tenants and the public. 

Converge has invested in comfortable & modern conference facilities which are available for your use.

The Conference Center includes two conference rooms with a moveable partition wall that can be opened to create one large room

The amenities include:

  • Customized seating arrangements and setups
  • Podium
  • AV & Projection equipment
  • Polycom telephone equipment - you will need an access code for long distance dialing
  • (8) 3' x 5' folding tables, (24) executive conference chairs & 60 classroom style chairs. If you require additional furniture or equipment you must rent it.

Room Rates: 

Converge Tenant Rates (M-F 8am - 6pm)

  • Room A: $10 per hour (up to 3 hours); $35 half day; $75 full day
  • Room B: $10 per hour (up to 3 hours); $35 half day; $75 full day
  • A & B Combined: $25 per hour (up to 3 hours); $95 half day; $195 full day

Converge Tenant Rates (Eve. & Weekends)

  • Room A: $15 per hour (up to 3 hours); $45 half day; $100 full day
  • Room B: $15 per hour (up to 3 hours); $45 half day; $100 full day
  • A & B Combined: $35 per hour (up to 3 hours); $125 half day; $255 full day

Non-Tenant Rates (M-F 8am - 6pm)

  • Room A: $65 per hour (up to 3 hours); $165 half day; $200 full day
  • Room B: $65 per hour (up to 3 hours); $165 half day; $200 full day
  • A & B Combined: $75 per hour (up to 3 hours); $225 half day; $350 full day

Non-Tenant Rates (Eve. & Weekends)

  • Room A: $50 per hour (up to 3 hours); $125 half day; $260 full day
  • Room B: $50 per hour (up to 3 hours); $125 half day; $260 full day
  • A & B Combined: $100 per hour (up to 3 hours); $295 half day; $455 full day

If a user account has not already been created, go to “Create Tenant Account” on the left, click and create your individual account

Non-Tenant Reservations: 

  • If you are not a Tenant, click here and enter your organization’s information
  • You will receive an email stating that your account has been approved
  • Once your account has been approved, click here to reserve your space.
  • Log in using the ID and password you created
  • Go to “Conference Room Calendar” to check availability and “Click Here to Reserve Room”
  • Follow the remaining prompts

Please note that conference center attendees must pay for their parking at the Pay-on-Foot station located in the lobby.
